DLXREGFILE contains the dualport 32X32-bit register file of the
microprocessor. Both read and write operations can be performed in the
same clock cycle. It has got two read ports and one write port. The
outputs of the read ports are S1bus, Aregbus, S2bus and Bregout. The value
to be written to the register file is selected between LMDRbus and
Destbus_b.
